Q: HOW DO I SIGN UP?
A: Please follow the below steps to sign up
- Download ARC PAY mobile application on your smartphone from Google Play Market or Apple Store.
- Open an app and press “Sign up” button. Enter your Name, email and create password.
- Check your e-mail for a confirmation link and click on it.
- You are registered! Now you can Login and use our APP.
Q: WHAT IS PAPER TRADINING AND HOW CAN I REGISTER AN ACTIVE SECURITIES ACCOUNT?
A: Your account begins as a paper trading only with a $300 000 paper trading balance. This is simulated balance which gives you the opportunity to explore strategies and accounts without risking your money.
Once you are convinced that you want to hold your money in our platform and our respective strategies, you can upgrade your status to an active account which will clear your paper trading balance and you can begin to fund your account by transferring money to your chosen custodian.
Q: I CAN’T REGISTER AN ACTIVE SECURITIES ACCOUNT?
A: Active accounts will be enabled for use Region by Region, your Region may not be up for use yet. Arc is working to enable all Regions by year-end.
Q: DO I NEED TO PROVE MY IDENTITY?
A: Once you decide to begin an active account you will need to prove your identity. Remember your securities are in your name.
Q: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT?
A: All ARC PAY accounts are 100% free for customers!
Q: WHY DOES MY TOTAL ACCOUNT BALANCE APPEAR TO CHANGE?
A: Your securities balance remains the same, but their value changes on a mark to market basis, this is why your total balance changes in respect to its dollar equivalent.
Q: I LOST MY PASSWORD. HOW DO I RESET IT?
A: In order to reset your password, press “Forgot password?” link in the app. New temporary password will be sent to you email. Follow “Activate your new password” link in the email. It will activate your password.
When your new password is activated, you can log in to your profile. We suggest you to change your temporary password immediately in your account settings.
Q: HOW DO I FOLLOW MY INVESTMENT ADVISOR’S INVESTMENT STRATEGY?
A: There’s nothing you need to do. All supported strategies from your chosen Advisor are added to your account automatically after the registration.
Q: HOW CAN I ORDER MY CASH SECURITIES LINKED DEBIT CARD?
A: We are working to make the Arc Card available later this year, in the meantime please sign up to our waiting list.
Q: IS THERE AN INCOMING TRANSACTION MINIMUM?
A: No, there is no incoming transaction minimum for your Cash Securities Account, however your Advisor provided strategies will have investment allotment minimums.
Q: HOW DO I FUND MY ACCOUNT?
A: Currently you will need to wire transfer amounts to your account at your custodian. In the future this will be made easier as a top-up function from your Arc app which will pull money from any of your accounts you link it to.
Q: ARE THERE ANY FEES ON DEPOSITS OR INCOMING TRANSACTIONS?
A: No. All deposits and incoming transactions are processed free of charge, however your bank may charge you independently for all out going transfers. For more detailed information about Fees and Limits, please visit our Fees & Limits.
Q: HOW DO I WITHDRAW FUNDS FROM MY ACCOUNT?
A: You can transfer funds back to your bank account from where they were originally sent, once the Arc debit card become available you can withdraw funds from any ATM machine.
Q: ARE THERE ANY FEES ON PAYMENTS OR OUTGOING TRANSACTIONS?

Q: IS ARC PAY SECURE?
A: Yes. We take all possible measures to keep your funds safe and secure.
- Safeguards:We use reasonable physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the personal information that we obtain you from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
- Encrypted connection over SSL:We use HTTPS with TLS (Transport Layer Security), which encrypts all transmitted data.
- Special PIN code and transaction code:When you log in to our app you need to Enter 5-symbol PIN, which confirms your identity. To send funds to another user or withdraw it you need to enter special 4-symbol transaction code.
- Email notifications:You will receive email message after each operation in our system.
- Your money and securities: Your money and securities are not held with us but are held with a large global custodian who is SPIC insured.
